How to Create Encrypted Usb Drive | Flash Drive Encryption Tutorial

Master Voyager can create not only protected compact discs, bit it is also and the usb encryption software

The process of usb drive encryption is simple.

Start Master Voyager.

Every USB stick connected to your computer is visible in this list. 

Available empty slots in the cardreader are also displayed in this list.

Click the USB stick icon (on this screenshot it has drive letter K:).

Master Voyager loads the structure of the content of this usb flash drive into memory and displays available operations. All available operations are groupped into:

• General information about this usb flash drive
• Partitions Operations for opened usb memory stick
• Format operation for usb thumb drive

Now the usb flash drive is not encrypted and the group "Secure Media Partitions on K:" contains no any secure partition. But it contains "Partition Manager" tool. This utility is used to create/delete/modify secure partitions on encrypted usb drive

Click "Partition Manager" button to create new secure partition

The blue rectangle is the public area of this encrypted usb memory stick.

The public area - means the public content of this usb stick, i.e. files and folders visible to everyone who connect this usb flash drive to usb port.

We see that our usb pen has label SECRET USB, and its size is 249 MB.

Let's create new secure partition.

Click "New..." button and type the partition name (we type "My Documents").

Click "Create" button.

On the next screen click "Apply" button and You'v done.
